Can I edit any PDF with the Office Tools editor?
You can edit most PDFs: add text, images, signatures and annotations. PDFs protected with a permission password require the password to be modified. Fully encrypted PDFs must be unlocked first with the unlock tool.
How do I add my handwritten signature to a PDF?
In the PDF editor, select the 'Signature' tool and draw your signature with the mouse, finger (touch) or trackpad. You can also upload an image of your signature in PNG with transparent background. The signature is inserted as an editable element you can move and resize.
How do I compress a PDF without losing quality?
The compression tool analyzes the content and reduces weight mainly by optimizing embedded images. You can pick the level: high quality, balanced or maximum compression. For text documents without images, compression reduces size without visual impact.
How do I merge several PDFs into one?
