No. The Office Tools PDF Viewer works entirely in your browser. You don't need to install Adobe Reader, Acrobat, or any plugin or extension. Compatible with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and any modern browser.
2What's the maximum PDF size I can open with the viewer?
On the free Starter plan you can open PDFs up to 25 MB. The Plus plan allows up to 200 MB and the Pro plan has no size limit. Most office documents, contracts and presentations are below 25 MB.
3Can I search text inside the PDF?
Yes. The viewer includes full text search across the entire document (equivalent to Ctrl+F). It highlights every match and lets you navigate between them. Works on PDFs with selectable text. For scanned PDFs, use the OCR tool in the PDF Editor to make them searchable.
4Does the PDF Viewer work on mobile?
